Exchange students

If you would like to come to KHBO as an exchange student, please check first the exchange programs or possibilities with the international office at your home institution.

After approval of your home institution, please send your application (see below ECTS documents for exchange students coming to KHBO) to the international officer of the KHBO faculty you would like to join.

Deadlines for application:

• 1st semester: end of May
• 2nd semester: mid of November

Registration on arrival in Belgium

Although exchange students stay enrolled at their home institution, KHBO registers all incoming students for reasons of:

• communication
• access to our IT facilities
• insurance: incoming students are covered by the KHBO insurance policy for study-related and job-related accident and illness

Upon arrival in Belgium, exchange students need to register at KHBO student administration with below registration form
